Wear resistant steels, have the peculiarity of offering advantages to users of equipment subject to wear; be it due to slippage or contact.The use of this type of sheet metal is aimed at increasing the life and reliability of the product.

They are born with chemicals aimed at the aforementioned skill and are heat treated in the phase following lamination. Hardening and tempering allow to guarantee a constant surface hardness and a constant core which can range from 350/360 Brinell per square mm to 500, 550 and 600 Brinell.

They exist both from coil and from mill in a range of thicknesses ranging from 3 mm to 200 mm. Easily weldable and deformable following the manufacturer’s operating practices, they are used for the production of earthmoving buckets, concrete mixers, containers, demolition grabs for the construction industry, dumpers and mining machines, trailers and other equipment subject to wear.
